By accessing or using Nuyis Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Nuyis Go provides a platform connecting customers with independent riders and drivers for package delivery within Kano, Nigeria. We do not directly employ riders; they are independent contractors using our platform.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Prohibited Items
You may not use Nuyis Go to deliver illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, or any goods prohibited by Nigerian law. Riders reserve the right to refuse pickup of suspected prohibited items.
5. Payments & Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, delivery type, and package size. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Refunds are issued at our discretion for cancelled orders or service failures.
6. Rider Conduct
Riders must maintain professional conduct, follow traffic laws, and handle packages with care. Riders found violating these standards may be suspended from the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nuyis Go acts as a marketplace and is not liable for direct loss or damage beyond the value of the delivery fee paid, except where required by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated service abuse.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
