No. Nuyis Go is not a Kano-only service. Kano was an early service location, and Nuyis Go is now also active in Kaduna, Abuja (Federal Capital Territory), Nasarawa (Abuja Metro) and Niger (Abuja Metro). Coverage is configured per service location, so more Nigerian locations are added over time.

Nuyis Go currently operates in Kano (Kano State), Kaduna (Kaduna State), Abuja (Federal Capital Territory), Nasarawa (Abuja Metro, Nasarawa State) and Niger (Abuja Metro, Niger State). Coverage is configured per service location in the platform, so additional Nigerian states and cities are added as they become available. Nuyis Go is not a Kano-only service, and it does not yet operate in every Nigerian state.

How do customers connect with riders and mini pickup partners?

A customer enters a pickup and dropoff address, chooses a vehicle class (rider or mini pickup) and a delivery type (standard, express or scheduled), and sees the fee before ordering. Nuyis Go offers the order to available delivery partners near the pickup point until one accepts, then the customer tracks the delivery live, can chat or voice-call the partner in the app, and confirms receipt with a delivery code.

Nuyis Go offers standard, express and scheduled delivery, each available with two vehicle classes: a rider on a motorcycle for packages, documents and small parcels, or a mini pickup for larger or bulkier loads. Fees depend on the pickup/dropoff distance and the pricing configured for that service location, and are shown before the order is confirmed.

Can businesses run their own delivery operation on Nuyis Go?

Yes. Business and partner accounts are supported. A partner account can manage its own branches, its own riders and mini pickups, its own delivery orders, its own payout bank accounts and its own partner wallet inside Nuyis Go.

Yes. Nuyis Go is a growing platform and coverage is configured per service location inside the app, so additional Nigerian states and cities are switched on as they become available. Deliveries outside an active service location are not accepted yet.
